I don't know if it is normal, but my kids are the loudest kids I have ever heard. Don't get me wrong, I love them, but they are always at a 9 and I need them to be at a 4. I would definitely say that the loud side is Rican. Their father is the loudest laugher, eater, hummer, etc.
